Here's what you need to create your own aloe and ginger hair mask for maximum hair growth.
- 1 ginger root
- 1 aloe Leaf
- coconut or olive oil
- Grater
- blender
- strainer
- squirt bottle
- Plastic shower cap
Step One
Take the ginger root and grate it. Take the grated ginger root and cut into slices to make blending it easier. Once the ginger is cut and grated, put it all in a blender to break it down. Once its blended pour mixture into strainer and press over a cup to collect the juices from the ginger. Press as much juice as you can from the mixture. Place the ginger juice to the side to complete the next step.
Step Two
Now take the aloe leaf and slice the skin off exposing the gel inside the plant. Extract the gel into another cup with a spoon. Scrape out the gel over the cup. Place to the side for the next step.
Step Three
Now you could mix the ginger juice with the aloe gel. Just pour the juice into the cup with the gel and mix. Add the oil of your choice preferably heated up. I like the coconut oil as I feel its very moisturizing and absorbed well. Mix everything together and and pour into squirt bottle.
Step Four
Part your hair into sections before applying. Apply to dry hair . Start apply the mixture to the scalp and spread to the ends of the hair ensuring the mixture is spread throughout all the hair . Make sure to massage the mixture into the scalp so it could work its magic. Place a plastic cap over your hair once done and let sit for 30 minutes.
