Tyra is being sued by a 15 year old's mom for allowing her daughter to appear on her show as a "self
proclaimed sex addict" back in Oct 2009. Tyra is being sued for 1 million dollars for negligence and violating a right to privacy. The mother said she never consented to have her daughter appear on the show. I must say, if all of this is accurate info, than he mother is right. The girl should have been told she needed consent and or contact the mother themselves (Tyra and staff). The 15 year old girl should not have appeared on the show. Shame on you Tyra, pay up!! its isnt right but then again it aint tyras fault it was the girs decision to appear on the show there for idnt think tyra should be sued ,seems as if the mom just wants some money. smh tyra is a good influentual person only ppl can learn from other ppl especially if thy have the same issue or else how can some one relate to someone that has not experienced it.This 15 year old is a an example and ithink thats what tyra was tryna portray.
ReplyDeleteI agree that the mom is looking for a pay out but as an entrepreneur with the kind of knowledge and talent that Tyra has, she should have known better. The girl went on her on and she is a minor. It is Tyra's duty to verify that girls age and have written consent.The girl is only a teenager.
