Congratulations Jimena Navarrete !!! Introducing the new Ms Universe that happens to come from Mexico. At age 22 this is a huge accomplishment for her and her country. I love that she won and is a Latina. This goes to show everyone that we are diverse and beautiful with a rich culture. We need more Latina's winning this title, especially Puerto Rican's =p. I'm so happy for her.
